The inscription cost per person is fixed at: 29.00€
Main service included into the bid:

• Venue: a modern convention center that allow a large capacity of players (more the 2000), fully equipped (parking, tables, seats, toilets, audio system planned for events with thousands of attendants)
  
• Catering at the convention center: lunches are included in the inscriptions of the tournament
  
• Bar during the whole tournament
  
• Staff of 20 person (over the 12 referees) for reception service, emergency and helping the organization
  
• Booth space for any manufactures of miniatures
  
• Booth space for NAF promotion
  
• PC room for data entry (around 20 computers connected)
  
• Hospitality of 12 referees (3 night, 3 lunches, 3 dinner)
  
• 18 free drinks per day (at pub) in order to give daily special prizes
  

Other service included into the bid:

• Free tickets for Lucca Comics & Games Festival (the weekend previous of the tournament)
  
• Development of an App for communication of results, and consulting team in the competition
  
• A professional team will help booking hotels for tournament participants
  
• Shuttle services from the old town to the convention center
  
• The city of Lucca will offer a gadget in memory of the Blood Bowl World Cup 2015
  
• Lucca Comics & Games will invite the author Jervis Johnson the festival a for the tournament
  

Other opportunity not included in the inscription

• With an extra fee of only 15,00€ players will receive a unique team of 12 miniatures (with one Big Guy). The same miniature manufacture will sponsor the award plates/cups of the tournament
